Prices:

Direct Cremation..............$1500.-

This plan is available on an at-need basis ( A-Death has occurred) or a pre-need basis (A death has not occurred).

Included in the plan is the:

* Transportation from place of death(within local area, 10 miles)to our designated holding facility,
* Obtaining all legal documents(within local area, 10 miles)
* Cremation/transit permit ($20.-)
* Transportation to the crematory
* Payment of Forest Hills Crematory fees ($350.-)
* Alternative Cremation container for the body
* Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
* Essential Facilities
* Necessary Motor Equipment
* A basic Cremation Container for cremains
* Cremation is performed within 55 hours from receipt of a signed death certificate and acceptance by Health Department of appropriate agency.
* Office of the Medical Examiner Fee ($75.-)

Extra fees may apply for tranportation and procurement & processing of documents outside of our ten mile radius.

Total Fee for all above services is $1500.-


What is not included?

* Any type of ceremony or viewing
* Any preparation of the body
* Any certified copies of the death certificate or other legal documents
* Newspaper Notices
* Urn


We will be pleased to obtain certified copies of the death certificate from the appropriate City Hall or Town Clerks office at the prevailing cost from that agency ( example: Certified copies in Boston are $12.-). Prices will vary from city to city.

Other Services

Additional staff if needed for transfer of remains - $100.-

Special Care for Autopsied or Tissue Donation remains - $150.-

Procurement of Legal Documents (Outside of Local Area) $150.-

Transfer of Remains outside of local area - $375.- ($2.50 per mile additional)

Use of Facilities and Staff for Viewing:

Private Family Viewing with No embalming......$125.- per hour

Embalming.....................$600.-

Except in certain cases embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however if you select certain arrangements, such as a service with viewing. The family may have a private viewing without embalming.

Procurement & Processing of Documents - $150.-

Visitation at the funeral home - $125.- per hour

Acknowledgment cards - $20.- per 25 cards

Prayer Cards - $100.- per 100 laminated cards

Register Book - $35.-

Burial Clothing $95.00 - $300.- +

Veteran Flag Cases $90.- +

Memorial Services

A Memorial service at a church, chapel or cemetery
with one licensed staff member. Including one Register Book,
50 Prayer Cards, and 50 Acknowledgement Cards.....................$600.-

A Memorial Service without licensed staff member.
Including one Register Book,50 Prayer Cards,
and 50 Acknowledgement Cards......................................................$150.-
This charge does not include the church or chapel fee.

We have a wide variety of urns available from simple and inexpensive to elaborate. We have urns made from Bronze, Marble, Hardwood, Granite, Ceramic and Plastic.

Urn prices range from $ 50. to $3500.

Caskets

Cremation caskets range from $350. to $9000.



Delivery of Ashes

Personal Delivery........$ 100.

Mailing in State.............$ 50.

Mailing Out of State......$ 70.
